We will arrange for the processing and issue of all the necessary STCW officer and crew endorsements.

Send us the relevant documents and we will return a copy of the CRA and endorsement within the shortest possible time. The CRA is usually sent the same day and a copy of the endorsement within a few days. We check to ensure that all the documents submitted are acceptable which saves possible rejection by the Registry.

The Registry system is electronic and please send us TWO files only by email. 

Officers

• Copy of the Certificate of Competency.
• Copy of the STCW endorsement.
• Copy of GMDSS for deck officers.
• Copy of tanker or gas endorsements as required.
• If applicable other certificates/endorsements issued separately from the CoC such as ARPA, ECDIS, 1kV etc

Please send ALL these above documents as one PDF file. 

• 1x sample signatures, black ink on white background.
• 1 x passport sized colour photographs.

Urgent or express CRA’s can always be obtained where a crew member joins a vessel in an emergency to cover illness or repatriation. In these cases, the we can arrange the CRA by return. 

Ratings

The Isle of Man no longer issues engine room or navigational watch rating certificates. Seafarers wishing to apply for these should contact their own issuing authority
